Cologne - Billboard

Cologne is the fourth-largest city in Germany - and one of the oldest. A Germanic tribe, the Ubii, had a settlement here, this was named by the Romans "Oppidum Ubiorum". In 50 AD, the Romans founded "Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium", the city then became the provincial capital of "Germania Inferior".
Cologne is a melting pot of many different lifestyles and cultures. There is not only a very specific dialect ("Kölsch"), an "own" beer ("Kölsch") and a music scene, where "kölsche" songs are performed, there are as well hundreds of other offers. This billboard only has some, but I found out that the French band "General Elektriks" will be in nearby Bonn in April. Unfortunately I will miss them. Find them under "over the border".
