Beer, the stuff of life. Has to be Gluten-free for me, but there’s more and more choice now from micro-breweries. This looks like fun with a purpose!

I've been reading that a lot of beers advertised as gluten free really aren't, barley, wheat & rye all have gluten (https://www.forbes.com/sites/samlemonick/2017/11/01/a-new-test-to-make-sure-your-beer-is-gluten-free/#46ff0dd81981).

I also brew Japanese sake, which is gluten free and not a bad drink.

Also I've made a kind of mead-beer, using honey instead of grain but adding hops, that's quite interesting.
