Jim O'Neil club has replied to Steve Bucknell clubI also brew Japanese sake, which is gluten free and not a bad drink.
While writing this I came across a recipe for a buckwheat beer, gluten free: www.homebrewit.com/gluten-free-buckwheat-beer-recipe
Also I've made a kind of mead-beer, using honey instead of grain but adding hops, that's quite interesting.
