Bansuiso Villa


A French villa in Matsuyama, but of course!Bansuiso villa was built in 1922 by Count Hisamatsu Sadakoto, a direct descendant of the lord of Matsuyama. He, the count has spent an extended period living in France as Japan's military attache and decided he liked French architecture, hence on returning to Matsuyama he had this French style villa built.
