Friday was brew day

I spent most of the day brewing a batch of Alaska Brown Ale. These shelves hold most of my specialty grains, -malts that add specific flavors and characteristics to the ales.

By the way, when I went out to put the spent grains from brewing in the compost heap, the two moose were in the yard about 15 feet from the door.
