This was one of the catchphrases of the show "It Ain't Half Hot, Mum" uttered in a flat monotone by Battery Sergeant Major Tudor Bryn "Shut Up !!" Williams {played by Windsor Davies} in response to various situations, usually some problem afflicting the Concert Party. [Royal Artillery rather than ENSA]
