Chimney, Bank St, Hyde

The once ubiquitous brick built factory chimney is becoming quite scarce these days. Those that survive have often found new uses such as this one in Hyde that carries communications equipment.

I have failed to discover what the original business was that operated this chimney and would welcome any suggestions.
