Fence Wars....(not-so-Happy FF).

This fence has recently been erected between two of my local stores, B&Q and Pendle Village Mill (P.V.M.). For many years B&Q have had a Garden Centre here attached to their main store but P.V.M. have recently opened one of their own in direct competition. In order to try and prevent their customers from visiting their new competitor, B&Q have blocked the "border" between the two stores with this fence. In response, P.V.M. have put up this sign blaming B&Q for the inconvenience. On the opposite side of the sign (facing the B&Q car-park and main entrance) is a "Welcome to Pendle Village Mill's New Garden Centre" message. The whole thing is pointless though, because customers (who don't like being told by B&Q where they can or can't do their shopping) can simply walk around the fence where it ends about 30 metres away, or climb through one of the many gaps which have already appeared in it.
