Tierradentro Tomb

Exploring the heights above Tierradentro in southern Colombia I came across numerous violated tombs, robbed of their treasures. The simple camera I owned was not of the greatest quality, yet was able to record the pitch black interior by candle light, propped on a ledge. The automatic feature gave a 8-10 second exposure.

This photo was shot from a Yashica ELECTRO 35CC film camera, the negative scanned by an HP Scanjet G4050 and digitally rendered in Photoshop.
