Summer sweetness


I'm not sure what this flower is, but it was growing at the Reader Rock Garden on 7 August 2013. The hairy, purple stamens are what attracted my eyes to this plant. Not sure why half the background is grey and the other half is dark green - maybe it was a tree trunk in the distance.
