Carburn Park in winter

A few friends out on a bird walk in Carburn Park on 2 February 2013. The Bow River is just off to the left of the photo, and woodlands and two lagoons are off to the right. As you can see, we still have some snow on the ground, but all the mild weather we've been having recently has melted a lot of it - no doubt ready for when the next big snowfall arrives.
