I'd forgotten how rarely we get such wonderful formations in the winter months. I'm so glad that I was out on a walk in Fish Creek Park that day, otherwise I would have missed such exquisite beauty. These tiny (and I mean "tiny", ha) ice crystals had formed on top of the snow that had been piled up along the edge of the path, when the path was cleared.
