House Finches

Not my favourite kind of photo to take - distant with tons of tiny twigs! - but I so rarely get the chance to take photos of House Finches, so I wanted to add this shot to my Birds of Alberta Set. It was taken on the Calgary Christmas Bird Count on December 19th, in an area that covered several communities in the north east part of the city.
