Fireworks 6

Not a particularly spectacular explosion, but I just liked the shape of it and the trail of tiny, gleaming dots. Each night, the Globalfest 2007 International Fireworks Competition holds breathtaking firework displays choreographed to music, launched from Elliston Park. The synchronization of fireworks and music and the reflection of fireworks on Elliston Lake were spectacular. When I took two or three experimental photos just before it got dark, using Night mode on my old Olympus camera, all I got was blur! So, expecting little, I was very happily surprised to find that some of my photos did turn out OK. I'll try not to bore you with TOO many photos - I am spreading them out a little : )
