French Impressionism comes to mind when viewing this.
Love the different blocks of colour all over the shot. Is the footpath really purple ?
Dreamy piece of work, and yes I think you certainly needed the two walkers.

Thank you very much for your comments and for adding my photo to your faves, Michael. I don't think the footpath could have been purple :-) Parts of the scene were pretty dark and maybe heavy shade can sometimes come out like this..........but I don't really know the reason :-)
