It's a lovely looking CD player Val, I hardly ever play my music anymore as I gave my mini CD/tape player to my daughter as hers had stopped working.

I really like this photo.

I remember working on the original Sony Walkmans.. While not technically difficult, they were so small and fiddly that repair costs (in engineers time) inevitably exceeded the value of the product. I do still have a record player capable of playing the old 78rpm vinyl....
