You've captured the desperation of the times with this presentation. Your elements of lighting and pov all work well together. I found it hard to wrap my head around this challenge but found after doing some reading on the theme that I would use humor to help meet the challenge in hopes of not offending anyone.

It seems that I am in good company among those who had trouble interpreting this theme, lol!

The day was very cloudy and I had only my camera phone to rely on for photos. I didn't think I would have anything worth posting, but the flat lighting actually benefited me in regards to this particular sculpture display. If it had been a bright sunny day, I may not have been able to achieve the mood I wanted.

The only thing trickling down in the trickle down in economy is rain on these folks. Well seen and captured. A pefect example of how personal sin affects others. It is never a private matter.

Most of us struggled with this week's challenge... Showing the effects of greed is an ingenious solution! B/w and the vignette are perfect for this.
What's so awful about greed- nothing has changed since the great depression, just look at the banksters worldwide....

Rather grim sculpture. Hard to imagine what those times were like unless you've been through them.
