Provincial Society Ale & Ride (17) - 1 January 2020

On New Years Day 2020, The Provincial Society operated an Ale & Ride event from Gosport and Fareham Bus Stations using a number of preserved vehicles. After my Gosport shoot [qv], I had taken a break in Havant and then made my way to Fareham where I saw four participants which included former First Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Dart N324ECR. In my editing, I eschewed the standard three-quarter shot with the only the bus featured and preferred the framing by the car and a bystander.

As had been the case at Gosport, First were running no service so there plenty of room for the Ale & Ride buses and a couple of National Express vehicles.
