Baobab Meets Bus (3) - 15 March 2019

On 29 August 1979, Dominica was struck by Hurricane David. It caused a boabab tree at the Botanic Gardens to fall on a school bus which, fortunately, was not occupied. Both tree and bus are in place to this day, nearly 40 years later, and make a dramatic exhibit.
