Drought - 22 April 2016

This is very specific addition to my 'Consumer and Retail History' album.

California is huge consumer of water and has been considered to be in a state of drought at various times since 2014 although the shortage is not always visible in everyday life. This notice, issued by the City of Millbrae, was on the table in Round Table Pizza, Millbrae and is of interest for conveying its message in Chinese as well as English in recognition of the ethnicity of a large part of the population of the area.
