Highpoint Venue (1) - 10 January 2016

This striking building in Bursledon Road, Southampton was formerly the ultimately ill-fated Eastpoint Centre. It went into receivership two years ago and stood for a long while unoccupied. Although curiously devoid of signage, it is now the corporate HQ of the Solent NHS Trust which began its move from other sites in September 2015. A break in the awful weather which prevailed for the first 10 days of 2016 allowed me to photograph the now renamed Highpoint Venue in good conditions.
