N1C - The Newcomer - 19 January 2015

This simple photograph is, perhaps, one of the most significant in my document of London.
The King's Boulevard sign is currently on a temporary hoarding in the Kings Cross redevelopment area. The thoroughfare itself is new but with it comes a new postcode (officially in existence since 2010). So extensive is the residential and commercial development that existing postcodes were no longer adequate so now N1C for Kings Cross Central has arrived in the capital.
