In the meantime, it is Hamas' sole responsibility to guarantee the safety of each and every hostage without exception. While it's encouraging to see some may still be alive such as Noa Argamani, Yossi Sharabi and Itay Svirsky based on a video clip released 14 January 2024, they and every other hostage need to be home with their families, especially Noa whose mother Liora is terminally ill with cancer. Liora's dying wish is to see her daughter one last time before she passes away.
