Diese Elektrik in südlichen Ländern fasziniert mich immer aufs Neue.
In der Bretagne sieht es auch so aus. Wir waren dort einmal in einem Supermarkt und es kam ein Gewitter. Der Strom viel aus, doch es herrschte keine Hektik. Die Kassiererinnen holten einen Taschenrechner aus der Schublade heraus und die Kunden konnten ohne Probleme ihren Einkauf bezahlen. Bei uns wäre da das Chaos ausgebrochen.

Ach, nicht nur in südlichen ländern. In den USA sieht's ja teilweise ähnlich aus. Früher in Kanada (also als ich dort gelebt hatte ende der 1970er jahre) teilweise auch.
Und das improvisationstalent in den südlichen ländern sagt mir sehr zu. Nur so geht's im richtigen leben :-)) In D ist man dafür leider oft viel zu unentspannt ;-)

What has France done to me? It enchanted me with all its picturesque little villages...and fashion shops ;-) I wouldn't mind living in a quiet village or a small town in the Provence when I'm retired. Let's say for a year to start out with and to try it out. After all, living somewhere and being on vacation are two different pairs of shoes :-) And rest assured, Eric, it was a brief torticollis only ;-))
