German Food I like -- from local Supermarkets

It isn't fancy, yet I wish some of this would be available in the USA.
Some of these cheese smell -- that may be a reason they don't get imported. Occasionally some large supermarket chains sell "Limburger".
"Frikadellen" are already cooked beef patties similar but thicker to those put onto "sliders". They have more seasoning. Eat them cold or warm them up again.
"Schinken" can mean "Ham" or "Bacon" and these thin, red slices have been smoked and are similar to "Prosciutto " with less fat.
At the bottom there's an egg salad and a Herring-salad. Herring is sold in the US but I haven't found this style of seasoned salad.
