Hot Wheels

This trailer was hauling woodchips when its brakes locked up, overheated, and caught fire. Local firefighter said the fire was controlled within seconds of the tons of woodchips igniting -- which then would have been unquenchable in the enclosed trailer. The nearby roadway was closed off by huge piles of woodchips, as firefighters used a backhoe and a skid-steer (Bobcat) to empty the smoking trailer as quickly as they could, dousing the smouldering woodchips as they were off-loaded.
