You are standing on the balcony in the far left corner, facing the windows Both halves show dirty marks on the glass (as I said), so they are both reflections. Some windows do not have the balcony in front of them... So, you have created a superb pair of reflections, and a great puzzle for us!

The vertical lamp that is in front of me is the only lamp on the balcony. As you are looking out of the windows in the flat it is located close to the fence at the midway point of the righthand end of the balcony, so I must be standing at the outer end of the righthand fence
