This is a walkway over a weir on the river Thames. This is taken from the upper level of the river amd water is pouring over the weir for the entire width of the scene. It is just after dawn.

The light is from a flood light illuminating th weir.

Occasionally I watch 'Money for Nothing' and there is a craftsman who makes very attractive bags from things that Sarah finds in the skip. He lives in Marlow and I think of you every time he is on T.V. This is spectacular and I'm glad you answered Sarah the my question. I guess the mistiness at water level might be due to the spray from the weir.
