A boring tale
Do have a look, love it or hate it
From my point of view the amount of land that they have grabbed completed blocked off a favourite figure of eight walk I had that was eight/nine miles long from CSP to the Grand Union Canal and back.
Most people living in the Chilterns are not impressed. However once it is completed it will provide the opportunity to run near empty trains to cater for those people in a hurry to get away from working at home.
I do like trains and I'm sure that lit will all look very grand once completed

Nick Weall club has replied to gezginruh clubA very nice picture, and great to see you out and about.
My view is that the future of transport is electric, and the more of the big heavy wagons we can get off the roads the better,,, Even if it costs us a bit of land now.
Best Wishes, HFF, a nice weekend, and stay safe!!
Peter
Nick Weall club has replied to Peter_Private_Box clubElectricity undoubtedly will play an ever increasing part in fueling our infrastructure and HS"2 will free up some demand on the existing mainline routes. Distribution patterns are changing with all of the ienternet trading and the closing down of so many retiail chains ~~~
Stay Safe
Nick Weall club has replied to L. L. Wall clubYes I can appreciiate that a bunged up borer is rather stuffed. A runaway borer might be fun too :)
