Early morning at the Bluebell Line

Hi Peter I'm usually up and about long before the elves, but of course it is very rare for me to do such things anyway ~~~ I used to find a high vis waistcoat helped one look official :)

Poking one's head out of the window to be mesmerised by the rise and fall of the telegraph wires, then finding that one had a sooty face. The smell of the smoke, and the frighteningly loud whistle as the train passed under the platform bridge in St.Andrews. Memories are made of this.

Happy days dearest LGM ~ You have awoken similar memories ~ the wail of the whistle, the clanking of the engine as it drew away from the station ~~~~
