I just realized that the 3 parallel planks must be a bench;-)

Yes I often sit on this bench in the foreground as it used to the halfway point of an eight mile figure of eight walk. HS2 works have closed two of my footpaths so I can no longer easily get here by foot anymore ~ Shame ~ Hanwe

Immaculate lawn, and it's amazing that the owners let the geese on it. The proud gardeners must be hiding behind the wheel barrow, :-)

It is a swan dearest LGM on this occasion, however there are plenty of ducks and moorhens around here. The canal lies behind me. The water in the picture is part of the river that winds its way along side the canal here and there (& also runs through the canal on occasions too)
