It looks there is an interesting bridge. I wonder about the two different constructions of this bridge. (right side and left side) Maybe they were built in different time...

I think you are right about the bridges. The locomotive is on a swing bridge, which looks quite old. The concrete on the right hand bridge looks newer. I think that at some time the bridge over the road was re-designed to give extra height which is why the girders look barely strong enough to support this big locomotive.
