Gotcha'.. on my very similar York ''Fence photo'' Peter...A really amazing coincidence too that you have a white S.U.V style car.. in same position as on my photo'.. and with front wheel covered by red bollard also..

I suppose it is quite a coincidence that both cars are white. I couldn't make out where the stop line was, but if the cars are going to stop for the lights, perhaps being in the same place is not unreasonable.
