Peter_Private_Box club has replied to bonsai59 clubThank you so much for your quick visit. We liked Quedlinburg too!
I have an album for Germany pictures, and in it are three others from Quedlinburg, all with an approximately equal amount of snow on the ground. This one dates from the same trip, in January this year.
Best Wishes
Peter
As Frank already asked...are you there at the moment?
Kind greetings!!!
Tanja
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Tanja - Loughcrew clubThank you!! If we were there, it would have been nice to see you to, but as I explained to Frank, the picture dates from January. I guess you are somewhere near Nuremberg, which would have been not so far...
Best Wishes

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to SteYour visit and thoughtful comment is appreciated, thank you. This dates from the middle of January, particularly to see the Harz railway in the snow. Yes, it was cold!! (but a nice warm cafe was behind us)

What a nice memory!!
It was really wonderful to be there together!! Thank you so much for the nice reminder.
Some German towns look much more beautiful in winter! As Frank said Quedlingburg is a beau tiful town with a lot of old half*timbered houses. Our plan worked well to see those pretty towns in winter time...

Thank you so much!! You are right, a wonderful holiday!!
Not only did we see Quedlinburg, Cologne, and Dusseldorf, but came back with such interesting pictures 'Under the Moon' www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/44273834 and of course the steam trains in the snow www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/44163888 . / www.ipernity.com/doc/2247842/44158790
We always get to see so many nice things!! Who knows what next?
Love Peter

its a rather typical german style of houses, whereas experts differentiate some special and local shapes.
So you have been in this picturesque town more than a year before we (Ipernities) have held a meeting there:

schön, Euch zu sehen. Ich denke, dass der Besuch in Quedlinburg Euch gut gefallen hat.
