My girlfriend would love to sell this piece of land with its lovely views.
I remember posting this on Pano and had a few (none too serious) enquiries!

Twice a year we have a strenuous tidy up here. I love this little plot of land, and love to get stuck in with all the garden maintenance work that is needed. It brings it all back from when I had gardens of my own!

Thank you Keith.
She's a serious marketeer. It's her speciality and she is very, very good. But the property market, especially for plots of land like this, has been pushing up the daisies ever since the global crash in 2008/09.

Yes, Keith. The property market sky-rocketed between 1995 and 2008 and then imploded spectacularly (more so than any where else on the planet!) leaving it much further to climb out of the bomb crater. A poor metaphor but you see what I mean, I think!

Thank you, Rosa. It already has planning permission so that isn't the issue, it's just that there is no market for land at the moment, sadly.
