Wow you certainly live in the middle of things don't you Andy? It also looks very busy and no doubt noisy too with all that traffic. That building with the gorgeous fancy windows is fantastic and to be able to hear music at certain times must be great. I do understand why you walk on the mountains, it must be a wonderful contrast to the busy city.

I'm guessing that's a really convenient place to live (for your work), but I can understand why you feel the need to get out into the countryside so often!

I live far enough from the road not to hear any traffic. These appartment blocks extend a long way from the front door! And my flat isn't even classed among the interior ones, which really are a long way from the road! There are 244 flats in my block and I guess my address houses about 600-700 people. There are 7 floors and two distinct sections and 10 inner courtyards. I overlook two of them. This is perfectly normal in most cities in the world. It seems that only Britain is different with most people living in houses with gardens! I know which I prefer but there we are!
