Andy Rodker club has replied to Jenny McIntyre clubLush? Well, it's on a granite headland so not much grows there, This rock samphire likes it though; something to do with the salt and the lack of competition, I suspect!
Andy Rodker club has replied to Pam J clubMAYBE THE NORFOLK ONE IS MARSH SAMPHIRE, THE ONE THAT TOP CHEFS LIKE.
THIS IS ROCK SAMPHIRE, AND THOUGH A POOR RELATION, NEVERTHELESS I LIKE IT LIGHTLY STEAMED AND SERVED WITH BETTER AS AN ACCOMPANIMENT TO FISH.
AN ACQUIRED TASTE THOUGH! I LIKE IT, MY MUM LIKES IT BUT MY DAD AND MY SIBLINGS DON'T!
