Many thanks, Stormlizard. I know every nook and cranny on this stretch of coast. Alas I am not able to explore and see what has changed recently as foot problems prevent me from gallavanting as of yore! And in any event I am pretty much stuck in Madrid!

Have climbed the first one a few times and have posted the photos from the top. The far island is more difficult as low tide is not really long enough and I don't often come here at the lowest tides. I won'r risk being stranded!
