Topiary of sorts

Hmmm...I've seen better. I think some of our gardeners could teach them a thing or two. Hope that doesn't sound too rude. Have to say, it's better than I could do ;-)

Maybe it's a training ground for their topiarists?
I have to say, the rest of these gardens are very nicely done but not particularly photogenic, as much too formal, to my eyes. Even so, the park is very pleasant and welcome as it is situated slap bang in the centre of Madrid.

I think the idea was good, then they ran out of money at the start of the latest recession some years ago!

I think they were trying for a green HFF Andy!! I wonder if the 'windows' are intentionally different
