Redruth seen from Carn Brae.

The old Redruth parish church is seen here where the original village was (now re-named Carn Brae Village). When tin mining hit the area in a big way, the new town established itself half a mile away and it eventually got a new parish church, and very many Wesleyan / Methodist chapels of course.
