I love mussels...

Me too. The ones from here are superb! Simple to cook and delicious cooked briefly with shallots, white wine, parsley, butter and cream. I like garlic but think it is a mistake with mussels, so I have to call my dish Meules de Cornouailles! And probably use beer not wine - both are good!

You are lucky, in here it is more and more difficult toget wild ones...

So I believe; but still available in quantity on this coast!
