Havard Agave

Havard Agave
A common plant in Big Bend National Park in Texas, these huge Agaves were always a delight to see. This species lives from 8 to 30 years before blooming, setting seed and dying. This specimen was photographed along the Laguna Meadow trail. The insets are of other plants we saw and photographed along that trail.
