Unfortunately I haven't ridden in one Diane. I used to want to, but I think at my age now, I would be worried about breaking something on a bad landing :) Love to see them majestically travelling over the house though.

I used to be so brave, bordering on careless. I know what you mean, age makes you think things through! ;-b

In the 1980s I lived in a place where balloons were overhead every weekend. Once, I was sleeping late in an upstairs bedroom and heard the PSHHHHT...PSHHHHT... of the burners outside my window! ;-o

The balloon is nicely colour coordinated:-) I can just imagine the balloon rising and taking the building with it;-)
