Does all this just get left? Here they usually try to sell some of the stuff or they have to tear it out.

I suspect the building is owned by the former hamburger-seller, so he just leaves his stuff there. But, I see this kind of thing a lot, so I don't know if there are particular rules about it. Personally, I would want to sell everything and get some $$$.

I think there are auction houses that specialize in liquidating defunct businesses.

We have Blue Bunny ice cream down here, too--I've thought it was a strange trade name!
