It's simple. You call in for your refill of medication. They call you when it's ready. You go pick it up and pay for it at the window instead of going into the store. Easy-peasy!

Oh yes. The distances are vast, unless you live in the derelict cottage across from the drug store or the adult group-home a block away. But, the topography is flat as a pancake. Boring for you, as there's no granite, but easy!
