All needles in my old sewing notions were made in Britain. So was my seam-ripper. Sheffield, maybe? The worn out package on the left definitely has 1950s graphics.

I have lots of old sewing bits & bobs from my Mother's old sewing box.... on my photostream is a replacement suspenders shot in macro......also I have 2 round glass buttons with flowers in, like a paperweight I love them ......Great nostalgic photos Diane !!!
