There's plenty of view to go around, this mountain can be seen for 60-70 miles in all directions. Anyway, believe it or not, I was taking a picture of the silos (naturally!) and only later noticed Shasta in the background. Haha!

Nice video, brings back memories and thanks for making a connection I didn't think of! We used to do that in elementary school. In the morning on May 1st we would hang nosegays on our neighbor's doors. I seriously doubt many people here celebrate May Day anymore.

i'm drawn to the grass heads on the right and the texture of the clouds cropping off the mountain. so many details here, seems like it would be nice enlarged.
