Nachts im Museum - Night at the Museum

➽ As part of the 1st Light Nights Augsburg, the courtyard of the Maximilian Museum was also illuminated.
A glass roof overhangs the named after his patron Viermetzhof. Here are located the original statues of the "Augsburger Prachtbrunnen" (magnificent fountains) of Adrian de Vries and Hubert Gerhard, to protect them against pollution from exhaust fumes and other environmental effects.

➽ PiP 1: Bronzeadler (von Hans Reichle), einziges Relikt des ehemaligen Siegelhauses -- Bronze Eagle (by Hans Reichle), the only relic of the former signet house
➽ PiP 2: Najade (von Adriaen de Vries) -- Naiad (by Adriaen de Vries)
➽ PiP 3: Imperator Caesar Divi filius Augustus, Gründer von Augsburg grüßt seine Untertanen (von Hubert Gerhard) -- Emperor Caesar Divi filius Augustus, founder of Augsburg greets his subjects (by Hubert Gerhard)
➽ PiP 4: Jähes Ende meines Besuchs, die Brandmeldeanlage lief ein - zum Glück nur ein Fehlalarm -- Abrupt end of my visit, the fire alarm system - luckily only a false alarm
