Springtime again.

A special treat to see this new area for us and as we begin to walk down into the valley we see our first glimpse of the ruins of Fountains Abbey. A child grips her mother’s hand as they too wander towards a new adventure.

Our first time to the Abbey Greg and I must say we were much impressed even in the not so ideal lighting. I have taken a sneak view of your Album and I see that you have visited here often in some very nice photographic conditions. We did not see the dear, even walking up the 7-bridge valley. Wrong time of day no doubt. A place for fun with the kids but even so I think they would prefer the place we went on the day after: Bremton Rocks. Glad you liked this one.
