I believe it is cold and miserable around there at the moment but once the sun and warmth comes back again, its a fine place. The ballroom is a dream! Cheers for the visit.

A fabulous image Herb - I love the way you have framed the tower. Lovely clean bright colours and excellent detail. Beautiful. I would love to see inside the ballroom for myself. Sounds like there is a hidden 'Strictly' star n you It may be for celebs but sadly I don't recognise very many of them!!

Glad you liked it Carol. I too loved the framing here. I am not sure if this bit still exist since they renewed all the prom over the last two or so years. Yes, we like to take to the floor every week at our tea dance and now and again went to the tower for an afternoon tea-dance with coffee, cakes and sandwiches. No serious dancing for us, no medals nor competitions etc, just pure enjoyment and physical exercise for mind and body with the wonderful organ music here.
