Stars on the water

Fabulous!

thank you i had hoped to get here with no wind and still water but it was no to be camera is 5" off the jetty to get this shot the only still water and stars. one of those great nights.

The contrast between the still sky and the moving water is striking.

I have never been lucky here to get still water to get the reflections most times its been like this. the stars on the water look very good but you are right you see the contrast alright in the three areas of the photo.. this shot was taken 4" above the jetty me laying on the wood to see set up. no one else noticed the still water .

On this picture I can not identify Altair. I put some notes on one of your recent bow pictures

The part you wanted is the other end so not on this single shot by the note you put on the bow. Glad you found the Milky way group.
